Step 1: Click on Register

On click of Register you will get below form which you need to fill and submit.

Step 2: Click on Submit App.

Register in AppHub and submit three app and get the app certified.

Step 3: Click on Claim Goodies

On click of Claim Goodies you will get below form which you need to fill and submit.

You need to enter your AppHub ID number which is ISV ID.  ISV Id is present in the account info tab of my account.

Click on submit and you are good to get Windows Phone.
