VS 2010 has come up with new feature which is very useful for any developer. Now developers don't have to create sequence diagram manually, IDE will do it for them on one click. This feature is very handy for impact analysis and to know the flow of existing system.
If you have a code and if you want know the flow of a particular method, right click on the method and select Generate Sequence Diagram.
You can choose Maximum call depth, include calls in, exclude calls to.
Click Ok, sequence diagram will be generated.
One can directly go to definition of any method by selecting Go To Definition which appears on right click of any method in the sequence diagram.
If you want to add more items, you can choose from the toolbox.
